Extreme Technologies, Inc. is
currently looking for two (2) Senior Technology Recruiters
to join our team. Our company specializes in high end
staffing and consulting projects and also works with clients
to obtain full time employees.
In this role you will be responsible
for working with the sales team, executive consultants and
clients to find, attract and retain technology professionals
and assign them to open positions and current projects.
We are looking for candidates that
have been “star” performers and who are able to see the big
picture and grow a network of technology talent.
Extreme offers a very unique enviornment and promotes a TEAM
approach. Although Extreme uses a variety of job boards and
has an extenisve database, we are looking for candidates who
have the ability to utilize a proactive approach and call
upon their existing network and referrals.
Candidates must have:
- 5-7 years in technology recruiting
- Strong experience gathering
requirements
- Solid understanding of technology,
terms and terminology
- Ability to locate and place hard
to find technology professionals
- Excellent written and verbal
communication
- Ability to work in a small team
enviornment
- Exceptional at client/candidate
relationship building
- Network of technology
professionals that can call upon
- Solid working knowledge of Word,
Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong determination for filling
client and candidate obligations
- MUST have strong character and
integrity
