The position will require
that the recruiting manager support the local
market directors in order to facilitate all new
hires within the company. The focus is on
building a pipeline of recent college graduates
who are looking to begin a fulfilling career in
Sales. These hires will be outside sales
representatives who receive a base pay +
commissions and benefits while selling
telecommunications technologies B2B.
Souring for candidates, creating and posting
effectively on job boards, attending career fairs, coordinating
schedules with hiring managers, filling monthly training classes
with new employees and acting as a face of the company to
prospective candidates will all be part of the daily routine.
This position will also require the candidate to manage all hiring
budgets. Business Professional Environment.
Compensation: $40K base, plus bonus ($74K
to $80K total comp) and benefits:
