The GHRN is governed by a Board of Directors that is comprised of GHRN Members of the GHRN who are elected to Office by Membership vote. Each Board Chairperson serves a two-year term. The terms of service for the Board are staggered, with three or four of the seven Board seats being up for election in January of each year. |
